~ How we work ~

~ Ordering your own custom and hand crafted swing is easy! ;) ~

Our process usually starts with a quick visit to your home for measuring and a free consultation.
This step is to ensure your space can accommodate the swing bed you’d like, as well as a chance for you to view our Cypress wood and finish samples and visualize them in your unique space. We’ll also bring our Sunbrella fabric samples in case you’re interested in a custom cushion & mattress cover package.
If someone else will be installing your swing and you’re sure the space will work, this step isn’t necessary! However, we’d be happy to come out and confirm that for your peace of mind if you’d like.

Moving forward, we can help as much or as little as you need with selecting the right swing and finish for you! Some clients know exactly what they want, while others need a little help deciding on what would look and fit best in their space.
Also, we LOVE to customize to exactly the details you want! If there’s a style or inspiration pictures of another style that you’re dreaming of and don’t see, we’d love to hear about it and see what we can create together! This is how our Sophia Swing came about, a personal favorite :)

~ Installation safety is a top priority for us! ~

Whenever possible, we’ll access the attic space located above the swing and install extra bracing there. When that’s not accessible, we’ll use four heavy duty commercial grade brackets to hang your swing. Each bracket is rated for 1000 pounds.

Once you’re ready to order or have us hold your spot, we just require a $500 deposit, with the remaining balance due upon installation or pickup.
